Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Living with ADHD, anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, or major life changes can feel overwhelming and affect many areas of daily life?
I work with adolescents and adults ages 14–54, offering a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning. My approach is evidence-based, thoughtful, and individualized. I consider each person’s symptoms, history, strengths, daily functioning, previous treatment experiences, and personal goals when developing a plan of care.
I believe treatment works best when it is collaborative. Together, we will explore your concerns, discuss treatment options, and create a plan that aligns with your needs and preferences. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or another emotional challenge, my goal is to provide practical, respectful care that helps you move toward greater stability and well-being.
At this time, my practice does not provide ongoing benzodiazepine prescribing as part of routine outpatient treatment or treatment for primary substance use disorders. When those services are needed, I am happy to help connect clients with providers whose expertise and level of care best meet their needs.
Taking the first step toward mental health care can be difficult, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I am here to listen, answer questions, and support you in finding a treatment approach that feels right for you.
