 We focus in helping our clients through holistic approaches to help our clients to gain the insight needed through deep psychological interventions, so that they may learn to cope and manage their daily life experiences. We work with diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, and psychological disorders. Working collaboratively with our clients has led them to build resilience, self-awareness of their strengths, and the capacity of autonomy to problem solve their internal conflicts. Our private office is located in the town of Ellington, and we provide a friendly and understanding environment for individuals, couples, and families, through professional counseling services for in person and through Telehealth Counseling across the State of Connecticut and State of Massachusetts.
